Have you ever felt that you're in a different place, As if you are a tourist in your own place? And everything seems to be directionless and you found your self heading nowhere?
Today is my 81st day in the office. In fewer days from now i'll be a fully regular employee. sounds good right? i know that is something to be celebrated and be thankful for. i must be in high spirit now. that would be the most important day for any ordinary employee like me. but it just so weird that in spite of it, i feel some indifference.
when i was still in stream my previous boss once told me " to keep you goin you must learn to love what you are doin". well, I do not contest with that, absolutely TRUE! and i guess that's what missing on me. My job right now isn't that hard. all you gotta do is take in calls, ask every agent if they're calling in or off for their schedule. check some available credits then you're good to go! perfectly ready to get another call. So honestly, its waaaaaaaay easier than my previous job description wherein i should and i MUST be able to convince every client to get our home phone service that's based on america. Imagine the convincing power that you need to demonstrate. aside from that you need to establish a very great impression on the first 30 second of the conversation. because it will 70% help you to gain their attention and trust. So, You should sound very conversational and with integrity at the same time. and i missed that job so much... how rewarding you get every time you're able to persuade 'them, give them the best service based on their needs and turned out every client into sales. wheeew! amazing!
but then, my mind and soul are still looking and yearning for something different. i'm just not so sure which direction i should I take. my left brain wants to stay and my right brain wants to go out and work on a field. i am still trapped in an unstoppable desire to learn, to grow, and be part of the unfathomable world.
